Currently, Rogena Mitchell-Jones lives in South Jersey with her wife, Karen, and their extremely pampered cats. If she isn't at home editing or reading, you might find her on the beach, book in hand.
Her background consists of over 25 years in journalism and now editing full time for independent authors internationally since 2013. Her clientele base includes a vast array of Amazon, USA Today, and NY Times Bestselling Authors.
Rogena's editing career has brought nominations and awards for Best Editor among the independent writing community internationally. Rogena also has a line of Journals. They include journals, planners, sketchbooks, memory books, and more. They journals came to fruitition one day when, on a whim, she decided her favorite quote would make a great journal. Originally created as an advertising tool, the journal "She Believed She Could So She Did" was very well received and began to sell. This birthed an entire line of inspirational books, something for everyone. She Believed is still her best seller, but most of the journals have also reached best-selling status. We also have a line of LGBT journals (two so far) with more in the works.
Rogena isn't a writer, she's an editor.
